The Cain House has been lovingly restored. Relax in comfortable elegance. Each room has been individually decorated. The grandeur of the Eastern Sierra Mountains is the perfect setting for evening refreshments as the sun sets, turning the sky into a fiery, purple canvas. The Cain House offers visitors an affordable lodging choice in a serene and relaxing setting. This is the ideal location for a family outing or a romantic getaway.

The Cain House is close to a number of fishing lakes, streams, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. The fall is especially colorful.

The facility is centrally located in historic Bridgeport next to the Mono County Courthouse. Seen at the right, the Courthouse was built in 1880.

The Cain House has a park-like setting, perfect for relaxing, after a day of fishing, horseback riding, hiking and other outdoor activity. Bridgeport is nested in a Big Meadow, in the Heart of the Eastern Sierra.

California's finest trout fishing may be found in the surrounding lakes, rivers and streams.

Come and enjoy the quiet serenity and beautiful views of California's High Sierra. Visit the Mono County Museum and the old ghost town of Bodie, just minutes away. The Cain House is open from the end of April through October. Reservations accepted year round.
